Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order. See Refund Policy.

Here's how to return your item to us: 

1) Carefully pack all items you wish to return. Please send your items back to us in their original packaging with tags. We do not accept returns of worn or washed items. 

2) Send the delivery note back to us or write your order number on a piece of paper so we can allocate your return. 

3) Please register your return by email to hello@henriandco.com. We will then send you our return address. For returns, we strongly recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Shipping costs are to be borne by you. 

Refunds

Once we have received your return, you will receive your refund from us. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used. If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right not to refund the item. If the order value falls below EUR 100.00 due to a return of goods, we will charge the original shipping costs subsequently.

Exchanges

If you would like an item in a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.
